Freedom Codes: Expanding Fixed States

     Expanding our fixed states of consciousness provide ample opportunity to re-frame an experience in order to shift the learning and to evolve the being into a higher trajectory.  Fixed states, black and white thinking, all or nothing propositions end up limiting us to an old narrative or timeline that can thus inhibit our true expansion.  The way we break through fixed states of consciousness is by breaking down and breaking open the fixed state through a process of radical transformation.  This requires a breaking down of the topic to break the heart open into a new experience.  Our associations to places, things, topics or objects actually can withhold the true gift of expansion, because it keeps a limiting framework on the perspective or narrative.  Think of your association to the color red.  For those who have endured the experience of any form of spiritual abuse, than this is very common, where a distorted memory can be associated to the color.  So, to change the framework is to expose the individual to the color enough to break open the awareness, release the distortion associated with the color and to thus view the color in a new light.  This requires a replaying of the events with enough awareness to shift out the distortion and to change the viewpoint on the matter at hand.  With a very specific association to any event in life, we can end up repeating a pattern due to the formula of the distortion.  In this context, a + b will always equal c.  This creates a loop or predictability because it’s one general formula that repeats as a code in the subconscious.  So, there needs to be a process of transformation through breaking down the limiting structure to break through the association and to begin to expand the idea about the association.  This provides the opportunity for a new framework to put into place, essentially, a more malleable and expansive frame that adds limitless potential to the definition of the topic.  If every time the bull sees red, it strikes, than we know that the predictability of the bulls behavior ends up creating a way to keep the bull in a fixed state of mind with a fixed outcome.  So, we expose the bull to the color in a safe environment to shift the focus now to the many definitions of the color.  Passion, love, security, fire, creativity, healing.  Now, the limitless association provides a chance to expand that narrative and to be able to see the many perspectives of the color, allowing the bull to respond differently to the trigger and thus free him from the bonds of his natural programming.  This creates true freedom and begins the process of changing the bulls identity to more than just his association with himself.  This is limitless expansion.
